Beyond direct therapy, Willeen runs a mental health consulting practice, leveraging her experience as a former scholarship-level athlete to support college and professional athletes, addressing performance anxiety and promoting mental resilience. As a Black mental health provider, she is dedicated to highlighting the disparities Black individuals face in accessing and receiving mental health services, and she actively incorporates this awareness into her therapeutic approach.
